- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in both English and Hindi is necessary for effective communication in this role.
- Educational Qualifications: A minimum of a Diploma or Graduate Degree is required.
- Technical Requirements: Sales Partners must have a working laptop with a stable internet connection, wired accessories (headphones, keyboard, and mouse), and a quiet, comfortable workspace.
- Performance Goals: Strive to achieve 24 hours of weekly talk time, work for 9 hours daily, and maintain an 85% compliance score each month.
