Requirements
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal skills essential for client relationships.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in both English and Hindi.
- Educational Qualification: Minimum of a Diploma or Graduate Degree required.
- Experience: Motivated Telesales Specialist with 0-1 years of sales experience, preferably in a BPO environment.
- Technical Requirements: Working laptop, stable internet, wired accessories (headphones, keyboard, mouse), and a quiet workspace needed.
- Performance Goals: Aim for 24 hours of talk time weekly, work 9 hours daily, and maintain an 85% compliance score monthly.
