• In this role you'll play a vital role in supporting Tata Digital, India's leading fintech platform for its users.
• In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and making users understand platform offerings.
• Stay updated on current and latest industry trends, market conditions.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment to help achieve organizational goals.
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
• Work towards ensuring zero cases of mis-selling / fraud in the processes

Eligibility Criteria

• Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, are required for this role.
• We are looking for a motivated Tele Sales expert with 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a BPO environment.
• Candidates must have good English/Hindi proficiency.
• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/ Graduate Degree.
