In this role, you will understand INDMoney's offerings, identify and assist leads, and contribute to business growth by staying updated on market trends. The position requires working independently and in teams, with proficiency in CRM software and phone systems while supporting a zero-tolerance policy on mis-selling and fraud.
Requirements
- Strong Communication Skills: You need excellent written and spoken communication skills to build strong client relationships.
- Bilingual Requirement: Fluency in both English and Hindi is essential for this role.
- Educational Qualification: A minimum of a Diploma or Graduate Degree is required.
- Workspace Essentials: You will need a laptop, stable internet, wired accessories (headphones, keyboard, mouse), and a quiet workspace.
- Work Targets: Aim for 24 hours of weekly talk time, 9 hours of daily work, and an 85% compliance score each month.
- Telesales Experience: We are looking for a driven Telesales specialist with over 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a BPO setting.
