In this role, you will lead sales for Pepperfry, a company specializing in various home decor segments, including furnishings, lighting, kitchen appliances, housekeeping, bathroom fixtures, dining essentials, and more.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills are essential for building strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in both English and Hindi is required for effective communication in this role.
- Sales Partners must have a working laptop, a stable internet connection, wired accessories (headphones, keyboard, mouse), and a quiet, comfortable workspace.
- The role requires achieving 24 hours of weekly talk time, working 9 hours daily, and maintaining an 85% compliance score each month.
- A minimum educational qualification of a Diploma or Graduate Degree is required.
- We are seeking a motivated Telesales specialist with over 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a BPO environment.
