In this role, you will be supporting Bajaj Finserv, India's largest financial services provider. In this role, you'll drive sales by engaging with potential customers and turning them into satisfied buyers. Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions, and identify new opportunities and challenges within the business.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, are required for this role.
- Candidates must have proficiency in both English and Hindi.
- A minimum of a Diploma or Graduate Degree is required.
- We are looking for a driven Telesales specialist with over 3 years of sales experience, ideally within a BPO setting.
- Sales Partners must have a working laptop with a stable internet connection, wired accessories (headphones, keyboard, and mouse), and a quiet, comfortable workspace.
- Strive to achieve 24 hours of weekly talk time, work 9 hours daily, and maintain an 85% compliance score monthly.
