Join our passionate team and help redefine the finance sector. In this role, you'll lead sales initiatives for Zetapp, a financial platform specializing in meeting credit card needs.

• Understanding of Zetapp products and services and explaining the offering of the platform to the users.
• Keeping up with industry trends and market changes is crucial for this role.
• Working independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Identify potential prospects, evaluate their requirements and convert them into sales.
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
• You'll actively support a strict stance against any mis-selling or fraudulent activities within our sales procedures.
• Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, are essential for establishing robust client relationships.
• Proficiency in both English and Hindi is necessary for effective communication in this role.
• A minimum educational qualification of a Diploma or Graduate Degree is required.
• We are looking for a motivated Telesales specialist with 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a BPO environment.
