• Effectively communicate Upstox's mission, products/services, and career opportunities to potential candidates.
• Be part of Squadstack's dynamic team and contribute to Upstox's FinTech revolution.
• Establish trust and rapport with customers by addressing their concerns
• You help in  driving sales leads, and converting them into satisfied customers.
• Remain informed about the latest industry trends, market conditions.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently while working in a team.
• Strive to ensure zero cases of mis-selling/fraud in the processes.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• We are looking for a motivated Tele Sales expert with 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a BPO environment.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is essential.
• Candidates must hold at least a diploma or a graduate degree.
