• Educate potential customers on the causes and solutions for hair loss and the benefits of Traya's unique approach.
• You will contribute to a zero-tolerance approach to mis-selling or fraudulent activity within our sales processes.
• Build trust and rapport, addressing concerns and guiding customers towards the right hair loss prevention plan.
• In this position, you'll be boosting sales for Traya’s products and services.
• Work independently with the ability to collaborate with teams.
• Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills are required for this role.
• Fluency in both English and Hindi is crucial for effective communication for the role.
• A minimum of a Diploma or Graduate Degree is required.
• Sales expert with 0-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a BPO environment.
