• Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills are required for this role.
• Sales expert with 0-1 years of experience, preferably in a BPO setting.
• Candidates must have good proficiency in both English and Hindi.
• A minimum of a Diploma or Graduate Degree is required.
• Sales Partners must have a working laptop, a stable internet connection, wired accessories (headphones, keyboard, and mouse), and a quiet, comfortable workspace.
• Aim to achieve 24 hours of weekly talk time, work 9 hours daily, and maintain an 85% compliance score each month.
