In this role at Aditya Birla Money, you'll be key to driving business growth by generating leads, converting them, and staying informed on industry trends and market conditions to spot new opportunities. You'll work both independently and within a team to achieve the company’s goals, ensuring no cases of mis-selling or fraud. A good understanding of CRM software and telephone systems is essential to help you effectively manage your tasks and contribute to the organization’s success.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, are required for this role.
- Candidates must have proficiency in both English and Hindi.
- A minimum of a Diploma or Graduate Degree is required.
- Sales Partners must have a working laptop with a stable internet connection, wired accessories (headphones, keyboard, and mouse), and a quiet, comfortable workspace.
- Strive to achieve 24 hours of weekly talk time, work 9 hours daily, and maintain an 85% compliance score monthly.
- We are looking for a driven Telesales specialist with 0-1 years of sales experience, ideally within a BPO setting.
