We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting Jio products, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your key tasks will include assisting customers with Jio recharges, resolving queries, and selling new Jio connections. The ideal candidate should be proactive, goal-oriented, and committed to enhancing the customer experience.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers through calls and outreach efforts.
- Promote and explain Jio recharge plans and offers to existing customers.
- Assist customers in completing Jio recharges and transactions.
- Sell new Jio connections to prospective customers.
- Respond to customer queries and resolve issues within agreed timelines.
- Ensure a positive and delightful customer experience.
- Communicate with customers using appropriate tone and language.
- Record and update customer information and relevant data.
- Continuously learn about Jio’s plans, products, and services to better serve customers.
